About this activity

Meet your local guide in Capri main port, Marina Grande, at the exit of your boat coming from Positano. By convertible car or minibus, travelling the Mamma Mia Road , you will reach the entrance of the Blue Grotto but if it's closed due the high tide, you will enjoy a shared boat ride to discover the other caves of the island. Your second stop will be Anacapri, the second largest center of the island, where you will enjoy a better view , stroll by the town and have free time for lunch. As soon as you get ready , you will be driven to the main square of Capri, La Piazzetta, where the shopping area is ,and the meeting point for celebrities. Here you could drink an delicious coffee and follow your guide to the Caesar Augustus Gardens, to see the beautiful view of the bay of Salerno. Then after your free time you will catch the famous Cable Car, " Funicolare", to reach the main pier of Capri and return to Positano .

Beautiful!

Capri is gorgeous, a must see. Alberto was knowledgeable and made this experience worth the price. He was able to get us into places without waiting long, and showed us his favorite things about Capri. The chair lift to the top is a bit ominous if you’re afraid of heights, but we all did it despite our fears. The blue grotto was closed for the day due to extreme winds but Alberto put us on a boat tour around the island instead which gave us a good look at the grottos and the 3 stones. Amazing views, and you feel like you’re in a movie when you’re on Capri!

Amazing island and tour guide!

Paola was so amazing! We had the best time and we were able to see everything so quickly! I could recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island!

Incredible Tour with Paola!!

Paola was fantastic! She met us right at the pier and immediately took our family to the Blue Grotto. She lives in Capri and knows everyone, which is a huge help because we did not waste any time waiting on lines. She was efficient in getting the most crowded excursions completed first like the Blue Grotto and the Chair Lift up to Anacapri. Paola is also extremely knowledgeable about all of Anacapri and Capri! She was very friendly and made my family feel very welcome. We were made to feel like her own family and like one of the locals, going to restaurants and sandal making shops that were tucked away. We also walked some of the side roads through Capri and Anacapri, seeing parts of the city I would have never seen before. I plan on visiting the island of Capri again with my boyfriend and will 150% will request to have Paola again. I would recommend Paola again to anyone who wants to see the island of Capri by land. Thank you Paola!!

Most Amazing Day in Capri!!

We got off the ferry in Capri and were immediately meant by a handwritten sign by our fabulous personal tour guide for the day Paola Fiore. We hit the ground running and went to the Blue Grotto! There were tons of people waiting but she made magic happen and we were in in no time! Then off to the chairlift for an amazing view of Capri! She was a wealth of knowledge and the best tour guide we've had! We spent our whole day with her on this private tour and got to see and experience all that beautiful Capri and Anacapri had to offer!! I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Paola!!

OMG SOOO GREAT!

Our tour guide LUIGI made this trip sooo fun and wonderful. He treated us like family and was super funny, informative and the man of the island it seemed haha. He got us away from the crowds and showed us all that Capri had to offer. He got us to one of our favorite restaurant experiences in Italy and showed us so much beauty. The day went too quick! Can't recommend Luigi enough...he was probably our favorite guide ever!
