I thought I was going to be with a small group. Turns out it was just me! I loved my experience sharing a home and stories with my teacher. I ended up meeting her son, daughter, and daughter's friend. I was welcomed in as one of their own and learned a multitude of things about Italian cuisine. Plus the food I was able to eat was absolutely delicious! I continued to recommend my experience to everyone I was traveling with and everyone else when I got home!

Learning and cooking with Anna

I actually did my cooking class with Anna in Campania as the Capri class was unavailable. Anna was superb with her instructions and I totally enjoyed learning from her and making the tiramisu and the two pastas. It was a totally enjoyable experience and I would recommend learning from Anna to anyone. She was a joy to be with and learn from. Cooking with Anna in her home will be a treasured memory from my trip to Italy.
