Charters operate strictly at the discretion of the captain in Capri, who monitors wind, waves, visibility, and local marine warnings to ensure passenger safety. If official safety assessments or adverse weather conditions prevent safe navigation, the operator reserves the right to alter the route, reschedule the trip, or cancel the booking as per the cancellation and refund policy.

Most boat charter operators require a deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due before departure or on the charter day. Deposit amounts, cancellation terms, and payment methods vary by operator and destination.

Yes, policies vary in Capri, as some charters allow you to bring your own food and beverages. To prevent upholstery damage in sea breezes, please avoid staining items like red wine, loose sauces, or loose rice. Others require pre-arranged catering packages or enforce specific restrictions. Luxury vessels often maintain strict catering rules, corkage fees, or mandatory crew service requirements for external provisions. Feel free to contact us or check your listing specifications before booking.

Pet policies vary strictly by vessel and operator in Capri, as some private charters permit small, well-behaved dogs with prior approval, while others enforce a strict no-pet rule due to marine insurance exclusions, sanitation protocols, and maritime safety constraints. You must check with us about animal rules on the boat before booking, and owners assume full financial liability for any interior fouling or damage.
