With born and raised Caprese chef, Gianluca, guests will experience authentic island cuisine from a family of island chefs. Bringing professionalism and attention to detail from 12 years of restaurant ownership, combined with a relaxed and welcoming garden setting, guests will hand pick fruits and vegetables from the garden and cook in an artisan outdoor kitchen in a villa in Anacapri! His Australian wife, Holly, will entertain guests with stories of life, culture and history from her experience raising their 2 children and living year round on an intriguing island.

Best cooking class ever!!!

This was the Absolute highlight of our trip. Holly and Gianluca are wonderful hosts and we loved spending time in their garden. We learned so much more about Capri and the local food and we could’ve ever have found out on her own. The wine, olive oil, and food was spectacular! One of the best nights of our lives! Everyone who visits Capri hast to go!

The must do on the island of Capri!

This was the highlight of our trip to Capri! My husband and I have been to the island many times and this by far one of the must to do things! Holly and Gianluca are so warm and inviting… and their garden is remarkable! I wish I would have known about their cooking classes when we got married on the island last year! It is a great group activity as well! Thank you for the amazing experience and memories. We will be back!

This was easily one of our favorite nights ever! My wife wanted to do a cooking class and found this on-line. We were initially reluctant b/c they only had 2 reviews (we later learned that they had previously owned a restaurant and had lots of amazing reviews). Holly was extremely responsive before we arrived in Italy. Holly, who is from Australian, and Gianluca, her husband, who among other things is an amazing chef, picked us up at our hotel and immediately made us feel super comfortable. In fact, we were there on Gianluca's birthday. We repeatedly asked our hosts to eat w/us but they wanted us to have our own experience. They have an amazing outdoor set up compete w/restaurant-quality kitchen, countertop to congregate and cook, large table, wine cabinet, music, etc. We sipped prosecco while we ate some apps. We then picked vegetables from their garden before making (w/Giancarlo taking the lead/doing all of the hard work) pasta, pesto sauce, zuchini parmesan, and a cake. Everything was delicious and I don't typically even eat pesto or zuchini. Holly and Gianluca also poured us lots of amazing wine before driving us back to our hotel. We feel like we made friends and are hoping to come back next summer with a group of friends/family.

Magical Night and 5 Star Food

We have done cooking classes all around the world and this is one best. We have stayed at the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Caesar Augustus (in Capri). We celebrated our 10 year anniversary…it was a wonderful experience. The food is the best in Capri. The atmosphere is incredible. Don’t hesitate and book this one of a kind experience.

Capri Must Do!

Holly and Gianluca were fantastic - it felt like we were visiting friends and cooking with them. The property is gorgeous, the food was fantastic, and they were great hosts. We can't wait to try the recipes at home. Next time we visit Capri, we could definitely do this again with Holly and Gianluca. Highly recommend! Worth every penny.
