Overview

With the help of locals you can experience Capri in a way you never sought our before. Our aim is to make sure that once you return home you will be able to find the right ingredients to create a great meal following what you’ve learned.

You will be able to gladly show off to your guests your newly acquired cooking skills and entrain them with a few legends of the land. Our approach is “easy and homemade”, therefore recipes are simple to follow and replicate with the use of basic equipment and with the best tool on the market: your wonderful hands.

The wine selection offered is the result of a meticulous research of regional natural wine producers. The outcome of ancient processes adopted by contemporary artisans who are passionate and respectful of their land and what grows on it. Our menu is completely Vegetarian.

Dinner in the Blue Kitchen.

We had so much fun talking with Stephanie. Her blue kitchen was amazing. Making the ravioli and eggplant park was so fun and amazingly delicious. The best was her family made wine vinegar from Vesuvio!!

As another reviewer wrote, the cooking class and lovely dinner with Stefanie at The Blue Kitchen was a highlight amongst a trip of highlights. Don't leave Capri without this experience. It was nice to get away from the crowds and into a private home. Stefanie comes from a family of chefs and has truly embraced her talent!

This cooking class was truly a highlight amongst a trip of highlights. We did this as a couple for a 30th birthday. Stefanie was wonderful, just so personable and made the experience so relaxing and fun. She met us in the city square and walked with us back to her home, which had a beautiful terrace. I was a bit nervous prior to the class, as our cooking skills are rather amateur. That feeling quickly vanished though as soon as we got started! Stefanie had everything set up in a fashion where each step was hands on, while still being completely manageable and certainly stress free. We got to make ravioli, eggplant parm, and lemon cake. It was all delicious! We even used the extra dough to make some appetizer fried ravioli bites. Stefanie paired each dish with a wine from her family's vineyard near Vesuvius, which was a really cool touch. She also emailed all the recipes after the class.

Would highly recommend this experience to pretty much anyone. Couples, small groups, young/old... think everyone would have a wonderful time. Its a great escape from the crowds and is a bit immersive compared to the typical dining experience in Capri. Hope to return some time!

This was a really wonderful experience. We learned how to cook some local food in a very private setting and it was all so delicious. Stefanie was very gracious and welcoming host and it was a very memorable experience. I highly recommend!
